Arthur Murosky and Mary Eugenia McDonald are my paternal grandparents. James Arthur Murosky is my uncle and Barbara Jean Murosky is my aunt. Harry Anthony Murosky and Edward V. Murosky are the brothers of Arthur Murosky, they are my great uncles. Marian Elaine Murosky is the sister of Arthur Murosky, she is my great aunt. 

Dorothy Elizabeth, Barbara Jean & James Arthur

April 26, 2015 - In the original version of this post I had recorded the aunt as Madelyn Ann McDonald. After family viewed the photograph - a consensus was reached that the aunt shown in the photo is Madelyn Ann McDonald's sister Dorothy Elizabeth McDonald. In old photographs Madelyn Ann and Dorothy Elizabeth often resemble each other.

The age of the younger children and the winter clothing can be used to estimate the date of the photograph. Barbara Jean was probably around a year old when the photograph was taken. That would indicate the photograph was likely taken between 1944 to 1945 in late fall or early spring.

James Arthur would have been 2 to 3 years old when the photograph was taken.Dorothy Elizabeth McDonald would have been 10 to 11 years old in that time frame.

The location of the photograph is unknown but it was most likely taken in Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania where both families lived.
